At ZENITH, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Returns
We offer a 5-day return policy. You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Product must be in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
Non-returnable items:
• Used or damaged products (unless defective on arrival)
• Products damaged due to misuse
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval.
• If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer.
Return Shipping
• If the product is damaged or defective, we will cover return shipping.
• For other returns, shipping cost may be deducted from refund.
